Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on June 17, 2022, found that All About You Healthcare had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an off-site state re-licensure survey conducted on April 18, 2022 and April 21, 2022.
